Where Místico began

Life around the great lake

Veragua is where Místico began — the community's founding neighborhood, built around its largest lake. Lots are designed around direct lake frontage, with the landmark horse-head statue defining the water's edge. Lakus and Flats add two apartment collections for those who want to call Veragua home. With kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing just steps away, Veragua brings Místico's original vision of life connected to nature into focus.

Highlights

The lake sets the pace. Everything else follows.

Two people kayaking on a calm lake surrounded by dense green trees under a clear blue sky; one in a white kayak in the foreground and another in an orange kayak farther away.

The great lake

Veragua is built around Místico's largest lake, part of 22 hectares of lakes across the community. Kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing start a few steps from home.

A large yellow horse head sculpture appears to be drinking water from a pond in a landscaped area, surrounded by green lawns, trees, buildings, and a small white sandy beach with chairs.

The horse head

Místico's landmark horse-head sculpture bends to drink at the water's edge. It marks the shore where the community began.

30+ miles of trails

More than 30 miles of trails leave from Veragua into the forest and around the lakes. Walk them, run them or ride them by bike.

Café Nido & El Chiringuito

Coffee at Café Nido, wood-fired pizza at El Chiringuito by the water, and the Adventure Center and El Establo nearby. Everyday life, close to home.
