From lot to front door, your builder or ours

Pick the neighborhood and the lot that fit how you want to live. Walk it with us in person, or on a video call.
2. Choose your builder
Select and bid your own builders, or let our team provide one to keep the whole process easy.
3. Design and permits
Work out the house with your architect or ours, then we guide you through permitting.
4. Construction
The average home takes about eight months to build once permits are approved.
5. Move in
Get the keys, settle in, and become part of the community.
Common Questions
Can I bring my own builder?
Yes. When you buy land at Místico you can select and bid your own builders. If you’d rather keep it simple, our team can provide a builder who takes you from design through permitting and construction.
Who designs the house?
You can work with your own architect and builder, or with the builder our team provides, who handles the design along with permitting and construction.
How long does construction take?
The average home takes about eight months to build once permits are approved. Permitting comes first, so your advisor can walk you through the full timeline for your lot.
