Live, learn and belong
Mito is a masterplan within Místico designed as a complete ecosystem, where living, learning and community life come together in one connected setting. The plan integrates 75 single-family homesites, two townhouse pads and four vertical-development pads, with 208 units projected in total. At its heart is an international school, set within a protected natural environment. Mito also introduces a human-scale village designed as a gathering point for everyday life, with a park, church, supermarket and other local services and commercial spaces. Together they add a new dimension to the community: a place where families can live, learn and find what they need without leaving Místico.
